Departure 9:00 a.m. from your hotel in streets and avenues of Antigua (outside these, you must approach meeting points, Central Park café condesa, Arco de Santa Catalina) it is recommended to be ready 15 minutes before and a wait of 20 minutes after the indicated time.

Service starts with private vehicles or minibus.

The ascent begins in the community La Soledad, approximately 11:00 a.m., (walk with ascent takes an average of 4.5 hours, with averages: 1 initial hour with greater difficulty, 2.30 with medium difficulty and 1 final hour, with very mild difficulty. (Lunch time is done on the route approximately 1:30 p.m.)

Arrival at the camp approximately 3:30 to 4:00 p.m. (Sometimes the group takes 1 hour longer than usual)

The camp is located at 3,600 meters above sea level, where there are tents, dome, sponges to rest, sleeping, stove, and food for dinner and breakfast.

Next day, at 4:00 a.m., your guide begins to walk to the peak of the Acatenango volcano to enjoy the sunrise (it takes an average of 1.15 hours the ascent), after your descent you have breakfast approximately 7:30 a.m., after this, you begin to descend to the community La Soledad, where your vehicle will be waiting for your return to Antigua (ends in Antigua 12:00 approx.)
